For Marathon Registration

Organized by IKASports&Events

By registering for this event, all participants agree to the following terms and conditions, as set forth by IKASports&Events, the official organizer of the marathon.

1. Non-Cancellation & Non-Transferable Policy

   All registrations are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal, medical, or professional reasons.

2. Health & Fitness Declaration

   By registering, the participant confirms that they are physically fit and medically cleared to participate in the marathon. IKASports&Events, its partners, associates, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, accident, or health-related issues that may arise before, during, or after the event.

3. Accuracy of Information

   It is the sole responsibility of the participant to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process. IKASports&Events will not be liable for any issues, disputes, or consequences arising due to incorrect or misleading information submitted by the participant.

4. Awards, Results & Authority

   The Race Director and Organizers from IKASports&Events retain full discretion in the determination of awards, rankings, and winners across all categories. In case of any dispute or disagreement, the decision of the Race Director shall be final and binding.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

   Any legal dispute related to participation, conduct, or outcomes of the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India. Any such appeal or legal claim must be filed within 21 days from the last date of the event.

6. General Terms

   The participant agrees to follow all rules, guidelines, and instructions issued by the race officials and event management team. IKASports&Events reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, and such changes will be binding on all participants.
